I've been a licensed Massage Therapist since 2001 graduating from Mueller College of Holistic Studies in San Diego CA. I opened my first practice in 2002 in Temecula CA prior to moving to Missoula in 2005. I specialize in Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone Therapy, Prenatal and Myofascial Release. When I'm not helping others I'm spending time with my husband and two children. I enjoy CrossFit, Cross Country Skiing and in summer can be found spending time on the beautiful rivers of Western Montana.

In 2010 I became one of the few Visually Impaired women in the world to complete an Adventure Race while fundraising for the Foundation Fighting Blindness. I am passionate about helping others achieve and maintain wellness.
